Small village at what seems to be the end of the world, incredible At the very top end of Vestmanna lies a little village called Tjornuvik. There is just one road leading to is, and it also terminates there. The village consist of about 20-30 houses and boast a stunning mountain range in the SW and an very beautiful bay with black sand in the Yesterday we visited Tjørnuvík, which is one of the oldest villages on the archipelago. It was so sunny and warm that we even dipped our toes in the ocean. It’s a small village with some very cute houses.
